Weekly Reading Log: Students can read independently or parents can read to/with them (discussing what you have read) for at least 10-15 minutes a day. Reading Logs are sent home on Friday and are due back to school by the following Friday.
Fact Fixer and Math Homework: Students practice basic math facts and reinforce new skills. Math homework is due the following day unless noted otherwise.
Words Their Way Spelling: Students practice phonics skills and review spelling words in a hands on, interactive way. Homework is given on Mondays and is due on Friday.
As the school year progresses, children will be asked to complete other specific projects or activities at home.
